Good Evening All

Yes i know i have broke my new years resoloution of posting 2 cards a week but i just had a really bad week last week but things have now resumed back to normal...yesterday i had a trip to hobbycrafts and hubby bought me loads of new promarkers so i am a happy bunny again lol.

So on to the card i have made this one i am entering into 2 challenges.....

This image and sentiment are from Digital Delights by Louby Loo which i have coloured with promarkers, the papers are from a disc i either got from my mum or nannieflash to whom i would like to thank as i do not have a lot of backing paper in my stash (i really need to go craft shopping lol) this card i am entering into the following challenges.....

Good Evening Ladies

I hope everyone is well, i'm not too happy i decided tonight that i was going to make a card so off i went bought a few new images printed them out too big went back to print them smaller and my printer decides to tell me there is no ink !!! i'm just glad i had a few images printed...so off i go again to look for paper and do i have any to go with image i want to use no i don't, plenty in my computer but no ink to print them out i was about to give up but decided to just go for the simple look so enough of me and my moaning and i'll get on with the card so here it is.......

This image is love you lara by digital delights by looby lou i think this is just adorable and i have coloured with my pro markers i am entering this card into the following challenges...

Good Evening Ladies

Sorry it is a late night post but since i got my kindle for Christmas all i am doing is reading but i finally put it down this afternoon and decided to do some crafting....tonight i am not posting a card but a wee bag i have made this is the first time i have attempted this and i really enjoyed doing something a bit different....i downloaded a template off the internet then cut it all out....i have distressed all the edge's with purple ink, the image is from Whoopsi Daisy coloured with pro markers and the ribbon, flower and gems are all from my stash...i filled the inside with sweets....

Good Morning Ladies

What a gorgeous morning it is here in Dundee, yes probably still cold outside but the sun is shining for a change...i am going to do more cardmaking today i think i have made it my new year resolotion the i will post at least 2 cards a week on my blog i am doing well this week this is my 3rd post so hopefully i can keep it up through out the year !

Happy New Year Ladies !!!

I know i have been awol for a couple of week's i am very sorry everything was crazy the lead up to Christmas which i hope everyone had a lovely time, we had a lovley time the kids where over the moon with all their gifts Sinead's face was a picture when she opened her JLS tickets !!

Well i have finally made a card the 1st one this year...this one i am putting into 6 challenges......

Update on my wee guy

Good evening all,
Sorry i don't have a card to post but i should be back tomorrow with a card but i'd thought i'd let you all know my wee guy John is doing alot better he was put on steroids on Wednesday and then on Thursday another trip to the doctor and he has been put on a steriod inhaler which has made is breathing so much better....you might even see my story in the newspapers soon if the council don't get there backside up here and sorts out the damp and rotten floorboards i have in this house i think this is causing some of my son's breathing difficulties i'm not a happy momma at the minute.

I would also like to say a BIG thank you to a dear blogging friend Shirley (nannieflash) for the blog candy i won i can't wait to get playing with it !!!

Fingers crossed i will be back tomorrow with a card as John should be back at nursery and i will get some chilling time to get some cards done.

Good evening ladies

I am sorry i have not posted any cards in the past couple of days my wee guy is poorly again as you know he was in hospital 3 weeks ago with breathing difficulties well his breathing has not been good the past couple of days i had him at the doctors today and he has been put on steroids so hopefully they will work FINGERS CROSSED we don't end up back in hospital.

I will still try and get round everyone's blog but i will not be doing any cards in the next couple of days i will be concentrating on John.

Sorry it is another late post but i've been a busy bee today, i've NEARLY finished Sinead's Card so hopefully that will be posted soon it's seem to be taking forever lol...i have actually been and done some Christmas shopping today not much more to do but i'm going to wait until the lights are switched on and there is Christmas music in the shops i hate Christmas shopping without the music.

I am just home from taking John to nursery so while i have some peace and quiet i am going to get a bit of crafting done....this card i have made for 2 challenges Crafty Catz - A digital Image and Winterwonderland - A Christmas Mouse.....

Cute Card Thursday Challenge Card

Good Evening Ladies

Sorry i have not been around but as i mentioned in my last post my 4 year old son was taken into hospital lastweek with breathing difficulty's but thank goodness he is fully fit again had him at the doctors on Thursday and his chest is completely clear....so now i am going to get some serious crafting done my wonderful mum bought me a new printer on Friday and sent LOADS of my craft studio disc's through from Edinburgh so i have been sitting installing them into my laptop, so tonight i have managed to print out some lovely backing papers for my card tonight.

This card is for the Cute Card Thursday Challenge - Reds for Remeberance

My mum sent me the stamp for this card whom will hopefully be back blogging after Christmas fingers crossed anyway.

Today i actually attended the remeberace parade in Dundee City Centre as my daughter was in it she is now in the army cadets must say i am a very proud mum and sister as my 19 year old brother is currently doing a 6 month tour of afghan but he is back next Saturday for some well deserved R+R so it will be good to see him.

Good Evening Ladies,

Sorry i am not posting a card and i probably won't be for a few days as my son got taken in to hospital on Wednesday night he is home now but it was a scary few days he actually ended up in the HDU, he has a viral infection but he wasn't getting enough oxygen into his system he was on a heart monitor and oxygen mask but thankfully he is on the mend, so the next few days we are going to be relaxing and doing his physio to clear his chest i will hopefully get a couple of cards done and posted for the end of the weekif not i will be back at the start of next week

Sorry it's another late night posting for me but my son John is still not well, i had him to the doctors today and it seems it's not hand's foot and mouth he has it is a bad chest infection, the poor wee thing but he is now sound asleep and hopefully he will sleep all night now he is taking antibiotics.

Good Evening Ladies....Sorry it is such a late post tonight, it's been such a stressful day here...my 4 year old son has a viral infection called hand's, foot and mouth it's such a shame his mouth is covered in spots and from what i have heard his hand and feet will get spots too he also has a really bad cough along with that but now he is finally asleep i have been able to make a card with a load of crafting goodies my mum sent me through from Edinburgh...so everything i have used on this card is with what i got from my mum, i wish she was still blogging i miss her on this but i do send her pictures of every card i make.

Good Evening All !!!
Hope you have all had a nice day,i have been working today and then had to go off to the doctor's earlier tonight as i have come out in a LOAD of spot's (not amused) but thankfully it's nothing serious just an allergic reaction to something most probably my shampoo as it is now getting made with a new formula.

Anyway enough about me !! This card i have made 12 of for the wee boy's in my son's nursery, i figured this image would be perfect...i actually done these yesterday morning just never got a chance to post this lastnight...i was planning on doing the girl's card's between tonight and tomorrow but i have been to busy and tomorrow i need to go into work so i it will have to wait till tomorrow night.

Hi Guy's....i know it has been a LONG time, sorry i have not been around i had to get rid of my crafting desk and pack all my crafting stuff away into a corner, i just don't have the room but hopefully i'll have a bigger house soon (i'm near top of the list now yipee) and i will be able to get a new desk and things, so last night i decided it was time to haul everything out and make some card's so from about 8 O'clock lastnight i have been sat on my couch and using my coffee table as a desk not the most comfortable but need's must !!!

This is the first creation i have come up with i have used my free Me to You stamp and my Me to You paper's i am really happy with the result seen as i have not done any thing for a while.

So while John is away to nursery i am off to do some more crafting i will nip around everyone's blog's later for a wee nosey to see what i have been missing....love and hugs Nikki xxxxx

Good morning ladies...i am really sorry i have not been blogging i have not been making cards recently i have no where to craft everything is packed away in boxes i just have no room for anything in this tiny flat but lastnight i decided to get some things out and do some crafting the only down side was that i had to do it sitting on the floor (very sore back !!!) but i did manage to do 3 cards i will post one just now and i will post the rest later once i'm home from work....i have made this card for my mum as i have not seen her in a very long time....it is not the greatest of pictures (it says miss you) but i stamped this out with my Hawthorn and Bramble stamps and coloured it in with my new pro markers that i got from my mum....so here it is.......

Good morning Ladies i have finally got a card done i have done something to my wee toe and i can hardly walk i finally got into town yesterday for some new papers i wanted for my daughters card here it is.....
The image i pinched from my mum on Sunday ( she does know about it lol )i am trying to get a card done for my husband also but i just can't seem to get anything right but i need to do something it's his birthday today !!!!

Our day out to Hamilton

Good morning ladies....i don't have a card to post quite yet (i will have by the end of the day ) i just thought i would share some pictures of our lovely day out on Friday...my daughter (Sinead) and i went to Hamilton to see JLS in concert it was such a great day except for the 3 hours we had to sit and wait on the concert starting lol i didn't really like JLS but my Sinead loves them so i got her tickets for her birthday and what can i say they are just amazing i am now a big fan lol and to top Friday off my wonderful dad come and picked us up and took us back to his in Edinburgh to stay the night so i got to spend yesterday with mum we sat and watched qvc most of the day lol...for all of you who know mum i would just like to say she is fine and will be back to blogging hopefully very soon...here are my pictures......

Good evening all.....cards as promised the pictures are not the greatest quality my daughter took them for me when she was in Edinburgh because silly me forgot to take pictures before i gave them to my sister here they are the top one has auntie on it and the bottom one has sister but you can't really see that right on these pictures....

i am going to try and do a couple of challenge cards in the next couple of days....i am off to see JLS with Sinead on Friday it's her birthday next week and i managed to get a couple of tickets on Saturday night she is so excited....even if i don't get challenge cards done i will be back with more birthday cards as i have 3 birthdays next week my daughter and husbands birthday is on the same day and then 2 days later it is my step daughters birthday so that is 6 cards in total i have to make....i think i better get my finger out lol.....i'll be back in next couple of days .....love and hugs Nikki xxxxx

Evening Ladies.....I am back (again) this time for good i have just switched from virgin to sky and have had to wait over 3 weeks on an internet connection it has been a nightmare....i do have cards to post but they are on my daughters phone and my daughter is Edinburgh staying with grannie and grandad she wanted to go visit she has been away for a week and i'm missing her like crazy but she is coming back tomorrow i can't wait....i will post my cards tomorrow when Sinead get home.....during the time i have been away a wonderful lady off the blog Shirley (nannieflash) and her husband came to visit me it was so lovely meeting them both, Shirley you are such an amazing lady and i can't thank you enough for everything you have given me xxxxxx

Good morning everyone.....hope everyone is well today, it's a nice bright sunny morning here in Dundee but it's quite frosty outside....i would love to be sat in today crafting but i have to go and see to my mother in law who i had to take to hospital yesterday she got her thumb caught in her front door it was really horrible so she can't do much for herself and her neighbour who usually looks after her is away for a week and i also have to take my son to the doctor about his eczema he has it really bad at the minute it's a poor we shame he is so itchy so it will be another day running about for me....anyway back to my project...this is my second week guest designing for Tuesday Taggers and this weeks theme is Getting Messy hands....well this took me right out my comfort zone as i don't usually use much ink other than stamping an image on to card so my darling mum sent me through a few Tim Holtz ink's to play with i spent all day Sunday playing with these and just couldn't get anything right i had to phone my mum and ask her how to use them lol then she must have had about 5 emails from me moaning lol...but i had fun........here is what i come up with......this is my messy hands.... This is a bookmark i tried to make on grunge board (i think it is called) i tried to print an image on it but it didn't quite work out......
So then i made this....this card is for my dad's birthday from the kids....his birthday is today so i'm keeping my fingers crossed he gets it in the post today....i used my new Daisy and Dandelion stamp also my Daisy and Dandelion papers that i bought last week and i destressed all the edges of the card........

Good Evening fellow bloggers.....sorry i have not posted all week i've had a busy one...meeting up with an old friend ( which was great ) and i was also away watching my daughter preform in a dance festival lastnight....i thought she and her friends were amazing i had tears in my eyes watching her, i was in aww all the way through (wish i could dance like that ) I felt the proudest mum there....

Winter Wonderland Stamp a candle or decorate a candle holder

Good morning ladies, sorry i have not been blogging for a while i have had a really bad cold (my husband calls it flu typical man lol) so i have not felt like crafting or being on the computer i am feeling much better now thank goodness....i got all my house work done yesterday so this morning i have started crafting i have made a couple of cards but i cannot post them until my mum recieves them on sunday as they are her birthday cards.....this is a candle holder i have made for the winter wonderland challenge....it's just an old tumbler i had i have decorated it with my daisy and dandilion transfers which i just adore i used double sided tape around the bottom and top and put some gold glitter on it and i have put a gold tea light candle in it....

i do have a couple of awards to post but i am going to post them later as i have a few things to do....hope you all have a nice day...hugs Nikki xxxxx

Good evening ladies i have not been doing cards for a while i was ill in my bed for just about a week with a kidney infection and once i got out my bed all i seemed to have done is cleaning and washing so tonight instead of sitting watching tv i decided to make some cards this is my first one, it is forever friends decoupage these images i just adore i think they are so cute, i just hope whoever i give it to thinks the same......i am also going to enter this into forever friends challenge this week this will be the first one i have done so hopefully iam doing this right (fingers crossed).......i will do some more posts tomorrow hope everyone is well and having a good weekend hugs nikki xxxxx

Morning ladies.....i was in Edinburgh visiting my mum and dad on monday we went out for the day to livingstone me and my mum visited a couple of craft shops which was great i got a few nice things which was great my mum stamped me a good few images (as i don't have alot) and i got to go raking for things to bring home, i come home with loads thank you mum........back to the card, one of many christmas cards, i just love daisy and dandilion i think they are so cute! Good morning ladies....it's a lovely day here in Dundee today so i am posting this just now so i can go and get washing done and get it hung out...this card i have made for my uncle from the kids my hubby thinks it's great he didn't think i made it he thought it was a sample from the craft show i was at on wednesday with my mum, we had a great day i got treated to a good few things...thank you mum love you loads.....well i suppose i better start the washing it won't do itself have a nice day ladies hugs Nikki xxxxx

Good morning ladies....what a horrible drizzly day here in Dundee, it is my son and mother in laws birthday today...i had to run into town yesterday to get stuff for this card and i got it made this morning i couldn't really find anything i wanted for the card so i got flowers i thought to myself can't go wrong with flowers.Hopefully she likes it.

Now i'm going to get readyfor the events ahead today and hopefully get to see my son opening some presents as this morning he got up out of his bed and opened his presents before coming to wake me up any other day he comes into me to try and get in my bed lol.

This is my second award in a week, i would like to thank nannieflash who has given this to me, it means alot to think that people actually like my card's and my blog as when i look at other peoples card's they are so much better than mine, so BIG THANK YOU, nannieflash.
